I am Applegum. Yes, it actually started as a nickname and so it just made sense as a business name when I started photography.  ​I am a wife and homeschooling mother to 5 silly and wonderful kiddos. I am a custom portrait photographer that has chosen to specialize in newborn portraiture for the last 11 years.  I pride myself on being the premier fine art portrait photographer for Interior Alaska.

I love working with my clients to provide a full service, luxury experience to create art that can be cherished for generations. My goal is to make sure you not only walk away with amazing photographs but also cherished memories of the special times in your life. It is unbelievably rewarding to me and I am thrilled to get to share my work with others.
