Adalynne was a very alert newborn, and normally the goal is to get the baby to sleep, but she was so beautiful and connected with me that I had to get some awake shots too.
Even though I wasn’t able to photograph the birth, as was originally planned, I was still so excited to do baby Kayden’s newborn session. And even got a couple shots of her with her big sister!
I was really pleased with how well the Christmas mini sessions went this year and it was great getting to meet so many new families! Here are some of the highlights from the sessions…
And then my 2 kiddos of course, who were probably some of my most difficult subjects, ha!
Had a fun snow day at Pioneer Park with Lance and Lexi, and it was actually a decently warm day for Alaska!
These are a few of my favorite shots from our time there!
I loved doing these sessions for this family and being able to capture grandparents with their new grandbaby. Truly so awesome to photograph, I hope to do more of these types of sessions in the future. I would love to do a session with more of a lifestyle feel to it featuring grandparent’s!
Cute, little Peyton’s 6 month session, he was so sweet!
Here are some of my favorites from his session…
Max and Caedmon came in for a milestone session before they moved with their family later in the month. They were super cute and I am glad I was able to capture this time in their lives for their parents, babies change so fast!
The hot cocoa sessions I offered this year were something I was really looking forward to and I was so happy that I had people that were willing to brave the 10* weather to do a photo shoot outdoors with me! I love how the setup turned out and I look forward to offering more things like this in the future!
